Termite Inspection & Treatment in Dayton, OH
Eastern subterranean termites are the costliest structural pest in Ohio. They swarm in spring, work from the soil up, and can be active for years behind finished basement walls before anyone notices. Every termite call starts with a licensed inspection and written findings.

Signs you have termites
- Spring swarms of dark winged insects near windows or sump areas
- Discarded wings on sills and in spider webs
- Pencil-width mud tubes on foundation walls or piers
- Wood that sounds hollow or gives under a screwdriver

Termites questions Dayton homeowners ask
- Do I have termites or flying ants?
- Termite swarmers have straight antennae, an even-width body and four equal wings. Flying ants have elbowed antennae, a pinched waist and shorter back wings. Send a photo and Ken will tell you which one you have.
- Is the treatment safe around children and pets?
- Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied by a licensed applicator (ODA #12706), placed where pests travel rather than where your family does. We will tell you exactly how long to stay off treated surfaces.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
- No. One-time service, quarterly and monthly programs are all available, and nothing auto-locks you in. Quarterly customers get free re-treats between visits.
